1. How do I apply for a rental property?
You can apply directly through the listing on our website. Each property page includes an “Apply Now” link that will take you to our secure online application portal.
2. Is there an application fee?
Yes. Each adult (18 or older) in the household must complete an application and pay a $65 non-refundable application fee.
3. What are the income requirements?
We require proof of income, and the total household income must be at least three times the monthly rent to qualify.
4. Do you allow pets?
Unless otherwise noted in the property listing, we do not allow pets in our residential properties.
5. Are utilities included?
Utility details vary by property. Some properties include water and sewer, while tenants are responsible for other utilities such as gas and electric. Each listing specifies what’s included.
6. How long does the approval process take?
Most applications are reviewed within 3–5 business days, depending on how quickly supporting documents (like proof of income) are received.
7. What if I have questions before applying?

8. How do I pay rent each month?
Tenants can pay rent securely online through our Tenant Portal. You can also set up automatic payments to ensure your rent is always on time.
9. What should I do if I need maintenance or repairs?
Maintenance requests can be submitted directly through the Tenant Portal. Our team reviews all requests promptly and coordinates with you to schedule repairs as soon as possible.
10. What areas do you serve?
We primarily lease and manage properties throughout South Jersey — including Gloucester County, Camden County, and surrounding regions.
